Give Yourself a Quick Facial Massage for Relaxation
A quick facial massage can be incredibly rejuvenating. This 10-minute self-care idea not only promotes a glowing complexion but also helps in releasing tension from your face and neck.
I personally love, Osea Essential Hydrating Oil, which they call an “anti-aging miracle”. I just use one pump of the oil morning and night.
When I use it, I massage gently upwards on my face, paying close attention to my temples, jaw, and any other place I feel lots of tension. The fragrance is light and refreshing and my skin feels amazing afterwards.
I have dry skin, so I’m not sure how it would work if you have oily skin? I do know that adding this to my skincare routine leaves me feeling refreshed and relaxed.
